Caitlin Geissler is Director of Product Strategy at Optum, a health services and innovation company which combines data and analytics with technology and expertise to power modern healthcare.  Bringing her background in technology start-ups, Caitlin specializes in the innovation of experiences and leading dynamic teams, through strategy and design thinking, market-fit experiments, and product development methodologies.

Caitlin is co-founder of Fusion, an internal accelerator within Optum, which has grown to serve the UHG enterprise in areas of business, experience and development strategy – by staying lean, agile and entrepreneurial focused.
